Salsa Instruction and Event Promotion for Greater Milwaukee

Salsabrosa Dance Company, under the direction of Daniel Balderas Jr., has been a mainstay in the Milwaukee Salsa scene for over three years. Regular performers at local clubs and events, Salsabrosa recently performed at the Milwaukee Art Museum's "After Dark" event and will be performing this February at the 2011 Chicago International Salsa Congress.

Salsabrosa has teamed-up with good friends, Mezclando Milwaukee Dance Company, to provide Milwaukee an alternative venue for social Latin dance.

Milwaukee Salsa Socials are held monthly (usually the first or second Friday) at the beautiful Delaware House Studio in Bay View, just minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Socials generally include complementary beginner and intermediate lessons as well as performances and demos by area dancers. Dance workshops are occasionally offered in conjunction with the social. Past guests have included Adrian Tenorio, Rodrigo Cortazar, Claudia Sol, and Edgar Molina; well-regarded performers and instructors both nationally and internationally.

Whether it's your first time dancing or you're a seasoned club-goer, come enjoy a night of Salsa, Bachata, and Cha-Cha with your fellow dance-lovers and let's make our second year even better than our first!
